[ 4.0 stars ] "Like other viewers mentioned, the inner strap is the same size as the outside strap and puckers. My friend had to put a safety pin in place in order for the strap to lay flat. I will eventually get it altered. Besides the strap, this is a very nice sexy black dress. I got plenty of compliments on it.
