The material is thin polyester. Not very good to wear in the colder weather. 3. The belt/sash is not separate. It is sewn into the dress...Horrible decision! When it arrived, I could tell already that it was longer than it should've been. We tried it on, and it fit like a M-L. The tag said S, but no way was this a small. The only problem, which is kind of major, is that the right sleeve was sewed on backwards!
