Classic Hawaiian Hibiscus Elastic Tank Top Sun Dress
An eye catching black background with two shades of large purple hibiscus flowers * One size fits most up to an L, might be a bit too big for a size small.
Smocking top stretches from 22" to 44" around by 9" inches high. 24" inches in length from the bottom of the smocking to the bottom of the hem. ( I am 5'6 and it hits just right below the knee...if you are shorter it will be longer...etc)
